Email Marketing Campaign

A campaign of multiple emails is an excellent way to guide your customers through the sales process, reach out to past customers to inspire repeat business, or promote an event with a drip campaign.




An Email Marketing Campaign is typically three or more email marketing blasts that are linked together in some way, be it a sales cycle with reminders to return to an abandoned cart or a promotional campaign to announce and educate about an upcoming event.

  • After you have selected your campaign frequency/amount, our Content Marketing Specialist will consult with you to plan the campaign.
  • Next, we will draft the copy and design for all the emails based around specific conversion objectives and incentives for each blast.
  • The client reviews each email, requests any edits (limited to 2 rounds of edits per email), and notes any scheduling preferences/needs.
  • Once the campaign is approved, our Content Marketing Specialist will schedule the emails according to the campaign plan.
  • On request, Marketeering Group can supply a report disclosing the open rate, click throughs, unsubscribes and other data of the emails sent, and provide you with recommended actions to improve the effectiveness of future email campaigns based on such data.
  • The client must supply the general topics/information to be included for each campaign.
  • Edits to campaigns are limited to 2 rounds of edits per email.
  • Client approval is required before any email is sent. Only after the client has approved the campaign in its entirety will the campaign be initiated for sending.
  • All drafted emails are considered complete, regardless of whether the client approves them or includes them in the final campaign.
  • Some campaigns may be more complex and require additional services (such as the creation of website landing pages or content materials) that are billable in addition to the Email Marketing Campaign fee. Additional email blasts requested beyond the initial purchase will be billable.
  • Use of fewer email blasts than purchased will not result in a refund or credit.
  • The client is responsible for any fees associated with their email marketing tool/platform. Mailchimp fees apply to client lists over 2,000 contacts, and are the client’s responsibility.
  • Marketeering Group does not currently support list-building or list-management services.
  • Special request is necessary for third party or other email marketing providers (not Mailchimp). Marketeering Group does not currently support Email Marketing Campaigns using the original email client (Gmail, Outlook, etc.). Supported Email Marketing Tools/Platforms*:

    • *Any other tools/platforms may not be supported at this time, and may or may not be approved after special request.
