New tech, algorithm updates, and techniques are coming out at lightning speed. It can be a challenge to keep up with what’s new. But sometimes it’s even harder to master something that’s been tried and true.
Because of this challenge, we’ve turned our company into a sort of “invisible college”* where each department has its own curriculum for team training. The lessons are about advanced specializations within their job, and the assignments are designed to push their limits for the benefit of a member of their choice.
*The term “invisible college” is a history reference — Danny is a big history nerd and insisted that phrase go in here… Norelle is picking her battles and letting this one slide.
