Email Marketing Campaign

A series of multiple emails is an excellent way to guide your customers through the sales process, reach out to past customers to inspire repeat business, or promote an event with a drip campaign.




An email marketing campaign is typically made up of three or more email marketing blasts that are connected in some way, be it a sales cycle with reminders to return to an abandoned cart or a promotional campaign to announce and educate about an upcoming event.

Typical email marketing campaigns include:

  • Promotional campaigns
  • Sales funnel “drip” emails
  • Automated emails to past customers
  • And more!
  • After you select your campaign frequency/amount, our content marketing specialist will consult with you to plan the campaign.
  • Next, we will draft the copy and design for all the emails based on specific conversion objectives and incentives for each blast.
  • You will review each email, request any edits (limited to two rounds of edits per email), and note any scheduling preferences/needs.
  • Once you’ve approved the campaign, our content marketing specialist will schedule the emails according to the campaign plan.
  • On request, Marketeering Group can supply a report disclosing the open rate, click-throughs, unsubscribes, and other data from the email blasts and provide you with recommended actions to improve the effectiveness of future campaigns.
  • You must supply the general topics/information for us to include in each campaign.
  • Edits to campaigns are limited to two rounds per email.
  • Your approval is required before we can send any emails. We will only initiate the campaign once you have approved it in its entirety.
  • All drafted emails are considered complete, regardless of whether you approve them or include them in the final campaign.
  • Some campaigns may be more complex and require additional services (such as the creation of website landing pages or content materials), which are billable in addition to the email marketing campaign fee. Any additional email blasts that you request beyond the initial purchase will be billable.
  • Use of fewer email blasts than purchased will not result in a refund or credit.
  • You are responsible for any fees associated with your email marketing tool/platform. MailChimp fees apply to client lists over 2,000 contacts, and are the client’s responsibility.
  • Marketeering Group does not currently support list-building or list-management services.
  • Special request is necessary for third-party or other email marketing providers (not MailChimp). Marketeering Group does not currently support email marketing campaigns using the original email client (Gmail, Outlook, etc.). Supported email marketing tools/platforms* include:
    • MailChimp
    • Constant Contact
    • Robly
    • Vertical Response
    • InfusionSoft

*Other tools/platforms may not be supported at this time, and may or may not be approved after special request.
