Our starter package is designed to cover all of the digital marketing services that a small business ought to be doing in order to keep the lights on.

The combination of services that we selected comes from six years of experience with hundreds of small businesses. Our team is very effective at the implementation of these accounts.

Account Management

Objectives:

  • Establish a clear picture of your digital footprint in so far as it relates to your objectives.
  • Organize efforts and Marketeering Group’s assets to achieve quantifiable objectives.
  • Manage reasonable expectations and select the right services to accomplish those objectives.

Logistics:

  • Your account manager will facilitate task assignment and service arrangement.
  • They will consolidate and funnel all communication.

Tools:

  • Asana: Asana is our dashboard for managing the day-to-day of your account. It’s where we assign your services to your account manager and their support team, keep track of those services, share notes on how to best accomplish them, and see when they are complete.
  • Heap Dashboard: We focus on the results from your site and total conversions through Heap analytics. This lets us know how many people accomplished a measurable goal online.

Recurring Blogging

Logistics:

  • After you order recurring blogging, a Marketeering Group team member will reach out to plan a content strategy and topics. For more frequent recurring blogging, this planning will occur every three months or less. We’ll plan single monthly blogging strategies every six months.
  • After planning, the content writer will research and write the allotted monthly blog post(s).
  • Marketeering Group’s content editor will edit each blog post before we send it to you for review (two rounds of edits only).
  • We’ll post each onsite blog post as a draft on your website and notify you that it’s ready for review via an email with an attached draft. If you don’t make or request any corrections within five days, the blog post will go live on your site.
  • We may deliver multiple blog posts for review at the same time, but we’ll publish them at intervals unless you request otherwise.
  • We’ll make note of blog post placement in our project management system for you to access it.

Citations, Directories, And Listing Services

Citation-building begins with directory management. Managing all of the logins, usernames, and passwords manually for even the top 100 business directories is humanly impossible. Because of this, the industry standard practice is to use a system that has API access. These services include WhitesparkYext, or Synup, depending on the industry and strength of the citation order request. We’ve negotiated a rate and scope of service with each of these systems that are different than their public offerings.

Increased levels of citation-building equate to increases in our spend with these suppliers.

Social Media Posting

Logistics:

  • After you have selected your social media package level, our social media specialist will begin research to learn about your brand and audience.
  • Next, we will draft the copy and design for an initial social media content calendar.
  • You may review the content calendar and request any desired changes.
  • On a monthly basis, the social media specialist will provide the following:
    • Posting and strategy: Create content and design for the number of posts included in the package purchased. Curate the content for the appropriate feed, and schedule the posts to publish cross-network on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn (other networks are billable in excess). Strategize to determine the optimal searchable copy and any hashtags.
    • Health check: Review all social media pages to identify harmful activity and issues, such as “trolling,” spammy posts, locked/unpublished pages, or problems with analytics.
    • Engagement and outreach: Research and implement opportunities to engage with relevant organizations or individuals to increase followers. Engage/reply to comments or posts from other parties. Like/follow other organizations in the client’s network.
    • Reporting: Create monthly reports that include a snapshot of the client’s feed and engagement, strategy review, top-performing posts, reach numbers, engagement spotlights, and any updates made to the page/profile.
    • Consulting (included for premium and enterprise packages only; billable as an add-on for other packages): Answer any questions about how social media and/or social networks/platforms operate. Engage in research and strategy for special social media requests or projects. Provide social media education and training for the client and/or their team.

  • Marketeering Group cannot control the visibility of a directory listing once it’s submitted, as rankings of third-party sites are subject to their own ranking and search engines’ criteria.

Social Media Posting

  • Our social media services are designed to maximize exposure and complement blogging and SEO efforts. Setup of social profiles and accounts that are not preexisting may require your involvement.

We are not liable to publish posts on profiles where logins or access have not been provided or are revoked. Posting on every social network may vary depending on technical issues or your ability to provide logins to existing sites. Failure to post on a network due to one of these issues does not constitute failure to produce the required content.
  • Marketeering Group may post the same content on different social networks, and reserves the right to grant additional posts at its own discretion.
  • A minimum of three business days is required for any post content or updates outside of the monthly content/posting plan. A minimum of 15 days is required for updates or events that need multiple posts or campaigns in the upcoming month.

  • Should you discontinue one or more social networks for posting, package pricing will not change.
  • Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn are the only social networks included in Marketeering Group’s social media packages. Should you request additional social networks for posting, they will be billed as add-on services subject to currently published add-on rates on the Marketeering Group website.
  • Should you wish to switch a social network in your service package with one that is not included, that switch is subject to Marketeering Group management approval and is dependent on API compatibility.
  • By purchasing this service, you are agreeing to the general Marketeering Group service terms and conditions.
