We work with your existing email contact list to design professional email marketing campaigns in Mailchimp, an email marketing service provider. Mailchimp is very clean and professional and is free for up to 2,000 contacts, allowing us to pass our savings on to you. (Fees are reasonably priced for more contacts.)

Once we have your email list transferred to Mailchimp, your assigned content writer works with you each month (or as applicable) for the design, content, and scheduling of each email marketing campaign. Simply put, you tell us what you want in the email, and then we offer suggestions, design it, work with you on review and edits, and schedule and/or send the campaign to your contacts.

As you acquire additional emails, we can also manage your list and keep it up to date.
