This website, for a local mortgage planner, was built to appeal to the target audience of local Seattle area homeowners and potential first-time homebuyers. The content was a major focus, with new pages written by Marketeering Group to focus on each type of potential customer and the unique services they may need. We also added a helpful resource section with a blog, FAQs, and a Seattle Neighborhood Guide featuring new content and neighborhood photography by Marketeering Group. The visual design of the website puts the focus on large photographs to portray a feeling of happy homeownership in the local Seattle area. The website was built to be mobile friendly and functions well across all device screen sizes. It also follows ADA guidelines for web accessibility, making it easier to use for a larger audience.
