SmartCSM Increases Monthly Leads by 2,643% With SEO and Content Marketing

SmartCSM is a building infrastructure management software for facility managers. They approached us to help with their marketing in 2018, wanting to find ways to reach more facility managers who need their software in order to manage their buildings more effectively and safely.

We’re responsible for the overall marketing strategy for SmartCSM and provide direct SEO and content marketing services in addition to collaborating with another SmartCSM vendor for a specialized paid advertising campaign. After a large investment in purchased links and content, we increased leads from seven in January 2019 to 192 in April 2019:

This project showcased the collaboration between our new CRO department, our developers, SmartCSM’s third-party development team, and our own SEO team to work together for the best results. These are clearly showcased with a 2,643% growth in monthly leads over a little more than a quarter.

Traffic also increased by 143% in the first quarter of 2019:
